The SIL Listener enables users to execute a script when certain events are triggered.

Such events are intercepted by Power Scripts and you are allowed to add your own scripts. In this respect, they are similar to those on Server/Data Center. They run at least a SIL script to react to certain system events, and also, behind the scenes, they act as a point of integration to maintain different Jira areas in sync

A listener is defined at minimum as a script and the set of events it reacts to. To access the listeners, go to Power Apps Config -> Advanced -> Listeners.

Power Scripts offers you asynchronous and synchronous listeners in cloud. As you already know, all interactions in Cloud are asynchronous due to Jira and Appfire Power Scripts operating independently. Unlike on server, both asynchronous and synchronous listeners may modify the issues.
