Having the flexibility to change the page approval properties allows the user to test different page approval configurations without the need to create multiple pages. This guide helps you to reset the page approval process and start from the beginning.

Steps

1. Go to any page in your space where you want to reset the page approval process.

2. Click on the page approval status below the page's title.

   You can reset a page approval in any status (In review, Pending your approval, Approved, and Rejected). 

3. Click the status > View Approval Request > click Reset in the window. 

4. The page approval status will change back to Page Approval. You can create a new page approval request on the same page.
