I have created Power Custom Field, why don't I see it on a ticket?
There could be a few possible reasons for this:
- You did not add this field to the necessary screen.
- The field is hidden at the bottom of the page. Click Show more fields and check there.
- You have bonded a calculation to another field on the Configuration page of the plugin.
Where can I see a custom field ID?
I have removed Power CF on the Configuration page, but I still see it on my ticket.
