Description

With the conversion to Atlassian id on this site, many users (including myself (wink)) no longer appeared with their full name. Instead, there user name shows up. And this cannot be fixed by editing your profile (sad). I opened an Atlassian support ticket to get a resolution. Here are the steps given.

Steps

To change the full name and make it public the user must follow the steps below:

1. Log out of https://bobswift.atlassian.net

2. Log out of id.atlassian.com

3. Open https://bobswift.atlassian.net

4. Type the email and password

5. The option to choose between full name and username will appear

6. Choose full name, edit, and login
