Data Center Compatibility

  • Comala Share It 4.0.0 is now a  data center approved version of Comala Share It

ℹ If you have a Confluence data center license, you will be required to purchase the corresponding data center license for Comala Share It when upgrading the app.

Read-only mode update

When the read-only mode is enabled

  • the options for any user to create/delete shared page links are now disabled/hidden and only a global administrator in Global Configuration will have the option to delete currently activated links

  • existing shared link expirations now expire on the date set when the link was created. Activating read-only mode does not affect the link expiring

  • the shared version of a page can still be viewed (if the link has not expired), the link view actions are recorded and links scheduled to expire whilst the read-only mode is active will expire and the expired link removed from the shared version of the page

  • No labels
