Overview

Adding the Integration+ bot to your channels is essential to getting started with the platform.

The bot must be added to each channel you want to use.

How to add to channels

  1. Navigate to the channel you want to use to support users.

  2. Type @jira.

  3. Choose Jira Integration Plus.

  4. Hit Enter.

  5. Click the button Add to Channel.
