This recipe provides step-by-step instructions on how the opening of a highest priority ticket can trigger the automatic creation of a HipChat room in order to communicate about that ticket. This facilitates quick resolution to critically important tickets and ensures effective communication to all interested parties occurs. This recipe assumes that either the usernames or display names of your JIRA users matches the usernames or @mention names of your HipChat users.
