Accessing the delegated groups

As a delegated group owner you can edit the members of your group by going to your profile in the upper right corner of the Atlassian Application. In the drop down that appears, select "My groups".

Selecting groups

Once selected, a dialog will appear with a list of the groups that you're an owner of. If a group is not appearing in this list, contact your administrator.

Select the group you want to manage by clicking on the group.

Managing a group

Once in a group you can remove current members by clicking on Remove (note: that if a user is a read only directory you cannot remove them. In addition to this - you cannot remove yourself from a group).

If you want to add another user, click "Add user to group"

Add user to group

To add a user to group, simply search for the user by typing part of their name (1) and click Search. The dropdown will show all of the matches.

In the cases of where the user is in a read only directory, Delegated Group Management cannot add them to groups. These users will show up as disabled and with (Read-only) in the the dropdown.

Once you've selected the user, click Save.
