Live Fields 


Life Fields is one of the most powerful features from JJUPIN. If you use it right, you can do pretty much what you want with the standard and custom fields from JIRA, the custom fields provided by our add-ons and some other graphic elements (buttons, tabs, etc).

By using one or more from our many helpful routines you can:

  • restrict some users visibility on issue fields or tabs (show/hide or enable/disable them);
  • restrict some options from the potential values of a custom field;
  • change issues fields values automatically when a field value changes;
  • display some field messages or dialog messages;
  • want to execute your own javascript code.


The actions you execute with live fields are available as well on view, edit, create and transitions screens.
