Description
When installing the Reports and Timesheet for Jira on the cloud or migrating the Reports and Timesheet app from server/DC to the cloud, the Appfire tracking feature of Reports and Timesheet for Jira does not appear directly on the issue page, as it does in server/DC installations.
Resolution
In order to display time tracking information on the issue, you need to enable it. Please follow the steps below
Navigate to Time Tracking Issue and select the Appfire time tracking as shown in the below screenshot.
Then after doing the above steps, Go to any issue you will see the Appfire Tracking option as shown in the below screenshot.
Please ensure that you have the necessary permissions to make these changes.
