Comala Document Management integration with the new Snapshot Publishing feature in the Comala Publishing app to create static versioned snapshot documents using the snapshot-page macro in a workflow trigger, ensuring that the content remains unchanged and compliant with regulatory or quality standards.

The snapshot-page macro supports the use of value references including workflow parameters.

Snapshot Publishing and Comala Document Management allow you to create static versions of your Confluence pages on one or more workflow events

Confluence macros like Jira Issues, Excerpt Include or Metadata, that displays live content will be frozen on each snapshot version.

Snapshot Publishing introduces a new way to easily organize and share logical groupings of Confluence documents, called snapshot collections, while maintaining control over who can access and edit the information.

You can use the workflow trigger and a workflow parameter to add a snapshot document to a named collection.
