If you are using the Refined for Jira Service Management Cloud app for a customizable Jira customer portal, you can add a hat widget to make it easier for users to contact you.
How to add the Chat Widget on the Refined site
You need to have both apps installed in your Jira Service Management.
Chat for JSM part
Go to Project settings in your service project where you manage or want to manage tickets initiated from Chat.
From the sidebar, go to Chat for JSM > Chat Widget > Website and click Install.
This will open a pop-up with installation instructions. Copy the installation code to the clipboard.
Refined for Jira Service Management part
Go to the Refined Administration.
Click Sites in the left-hand menu.
Pick the site you want to add the widget to.
Go to the Configuration tab > Advanced Settings > Activate Custom HTML.
Paste the code you copied from the Chat settings in the At the end of BODY field.

As a result of the integration, your customers will be able to raise requests via the Chat Widget on the portal, and your support agent can manage them on the Chat Dashboard.
Note: Due to technical limitations of Refined sites, customers cannot be automatically logged in to the Chat widget and will need to do so manually or raise the request anonymously. We are working with the Refined team to resolve this issue.
