Support for Jira 10.3.1, JSM 10.3.1

Issue Matrix for Jira is now compatible with the newly released version of Jira 10.3.1 and Jira Service Management 10.3.1.

Bug fixes

Hidden issue counts

Fixed a bug that occurred when using the Progress or Σ Progress fields in a matrix. The hidden issue count was going up after work was logged, even though no additional issues were added.
