Power Scripts intercepts such events, and you can add custom scripts. In this respect, they are similar to those on the Server/Data Center. They run a SIL script to react to certain system events, and behind the scenes, they act as an integration, keeping Jira in sync.
At a minimum, listeners are defined as scripts and the events they react to. Go to Power Apps Config -> Advanced -> Listeners to access the listeners.
Power Scripts Cloud offers asynchronous and synchronous listeners. However, all interactions in the Cloud are asynchronous because Jira and Appfire Power Scripts operate independently.
