WHAT IS IT?
A workload plan reflects the work hours for each day of the week - it is the basis for calculating resource capacity.
WHY BOTHER?
Knowing resource capacity makes it possible to monitor workload distribution and avoid overloading your resources.
View resulting capacity
Workload plans cannot be viewed in box modules. This information is available only in BigPicture Administration.
The resulting capacity can be viewed in the Resources module.
Make sure to adjust the view to match your needs.
Affects
Capacity calculation is affected by non-working days. If a resource is assigned a workload plan indicating they work the weekends, make sure their holiday plan doesn’t automatically result in their weekends being non-working days. (this should be an include from the capacity page)
Only one workload plan can apply at a time.
You can plan changes (assign new plan with a future date)

b) the default workload plan is assigned to all users
c) check existing workload plans (and their details)
d) check what WP is assigned to users
Workload plans exist, have properties, etx
