Time to SLA provides default settings for optimal use and performance on a single base. Within settings, you can modify and adjust some default values according to your needs and system. Let's go over the main tabs on the Settings page:

1. General Tab – On this page, you can:

  • Select which Time Format to use.

  • Narrow down the visibility of the Overview Tab and SLA Panel by using JQL filters.

  • Rename SLA Status Labels.

2. SLA Notifiers Tab On this page, you can:

  • Enable/disable TTS notifications, as well as set up default values for SLA notifiers..

3. SLA Calculation Scope Tab – On this page, you can:

  • Create a whitelist and blacklist to narrow down the SLA calculation scope and avoid the tedious task of having to enter the same JQL filter values again and again when creating SLA contracts.

4. Scheduled Tasks Tab – On this page, you can:

  • Schedule tasks for TTS to form autonomously, and reschedule tasks according to your needs, preferences, and system.

5. Escalation Services Tab – On this page, you can:

  • If you need to recalculate SLA data periodically for some issues, schedule how often and which issues to regenerate SLA data for.

6. Cache Tab – On this page, you can:

  • Clear the cache. (The options are Parameters, Display Options, Permissions, and Calendars.)

7. Advanced Configuration Tab – On this page, you can:

  • Set values for JQL row limits, recurring notifier limits, and regeneration concurrency.

8. Support Tools – On this page, you can:

  • Enable Time to SLA Log File to keep Time to SLA logs in a separate file. Visit logs/time-to-sla.log to access logs.
