This article explains why the SQL for Confluence app gets disabled when the app is upgraded to the latest version i.e. 10.4.1

Behavior

After updating SQL for Confluence (Pro Edition) app to the latest version i.e. 10.4.1, the app gets disabled. 

Explanation

This issue is caused by the last update of Confluence Cloud Migration Assistant app (CCMA) listed here https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/MIG-763

Workaround

  1. Disable the Confluence Cloud Migration Assistant (CCMA) app

  2. Enable SQL for Confluence app

  3. Enable Confluence Cloud Migration Assistant (CCMA) app
