Database Custom Field
Database Custom Field is a Jira plugin which allows you to associate to an issue a value retrieved from an external database.
After selecting the data source, the sql to be executed and the column to be mapped to the database custom field from the configuration screen, in the screens where the custom field appears
the user can choose one value from the set(as a select list or autocomplete box) of retrieved values.
