If you are using the Refined for Jira Service Management Cloud app for a customizable Jira customer portal, you can add a hat widget to make it easier for users to contact you.
Prerequisites
Ensure that both applications are installed in your Jira Service Management environment.
Ensure you have the Chat widget installed on your website.
Add the Chat widget to the Refined for JSM website
Go to the Refined Administration.
Click Sites in the left-hand menu.
Pick the site you want to add the widget to.
Go to the Configuration tab > Advanced Settings > Activate Custom HTML.
Paste the code you copied from the Chat settings in the At the end of BODY field.

Chat for Jira Service Management behavior
No additional configuration in Chat for JSM is required. As soon as you connect both apps, your customers will be able to raise requests via the Chat widget on the portal, and your support agent can manage them on the Chat dashboard.
Due to technical limitations of Refined sites, customers cannot be automatically logged in to the Chat widget and will need to do so manually or raise the request anonymously. We are working with the Refined team to resolve this issue. Please contact Refined for more details.
