In Swanly you can display existing plans and quickly create new issue and release plans.

How to create a plan

  1. Go to Apps > Swanly roadmaps

  2. Next to the Swanly logo, click on the dropdown option

  3. Click on + Create a new plan

  4. Add plan name, select type of plan (Issue or Release), select projects

5. Click Create

If you select Issue plan type then you will need to connect Swanly issue dates with Jira fields.

How to share a plan

After you create a plan - a share plan modal appears, where you can select users or groups and give them access to this plan.

  1. Click on Select user or group dropdown

  2. Start typing necessary user or group

  3. Select necessary result from dropdown

  4. Click on Access type dropdown

  5. Select Viewer or Editor access type

  6. Click Add to grant access to another group or user

  7. Click Save to save the changes
