Introduction

In the BigPicture PPM, you can group individual users into teams to make effort-based planning easier than ever. The benefit of using teams is the automatic assignment of a task to a team based on the assignee with “Find the perfect match” feature.

Find the perfect match

With your teams added, you can manage tasks easily in the Resource panel using the Find the perfect match feature.

Create teams in a box

To start working and assigning tasks to teams, first create a team.

Go to the Teams module to:

• create new team

• assign existing team

• duplicate and edit an existing team

Open

The next step is to assign members to the given team(s).
