New
Scope definition
Folders can be added to the scope of a box
All monday boards in a folder are added to a box.
When a new board is added to a folder, it is also automatically added to a BigPicture box.
Note: make sure to verify the column mapping of the boards.
Export
BigPicture data can be exported to a pdf
The functionality in the following modules:
Gantt
Resources
Calendar
Only data visible on the screen is exported. Add/remove columns to export the data. Export can be limited to a time range or cover the full scope of a box.
Enhancements
Skills
Inline editing - skills can be assigned to tasks using inline editing
Column mapping - skills can be mapped to a dropdown Monday column
The skills still must be added to BigPicture and should be assigned to people.
Column views
Mirror columns - BigPicture displays mirror columns in a read-only mode
The Refresh data button is available to make sure all displayed information is up to date.
Note: Mirror columns can’t be used for column mapping.
Column width - resize columns to fit within the width of the tasks panel
