Introducing recalculation task limits
We're excited to announce an enhancement to Time to SLA designed to improve performance and efficiency during recalculation tasks. To ensure optimal performance, we've implemented new limits for recalculation tasks. Each task can now handle a maximum of:
20,000 issues
10 SLA configurations
What this means for you:
If your recalculation task includes more than 20,000 issues or 10 SLA configurations, you'll need to break it down into smaller batches for processing. This will help prevent slowdowns and ensure accurate results.
