Define the SLAs of a Custom Field

This page is about Time to SLA for Jira On-Prem.

  1. Go to SLA fields.

  2. Click the cog icon in the row of the custom field in order to add SLAs.

  3. Click Configure.

  4. The Jira Custom field screen will appear.

  5. Click Edit including SLAs.

  6. Select the SLAs that you want to see in this custom field. You have two options:

    1. All SLAs – Select this if you want the custom field to include all SLAs.

    2. Selected SLAs – Here, you can specify which SLAs should have the custom field.

  7. Click Save.
