  • UI and reporting fixes: removed the SLA prefix from the SLA panel, fixed blank screen when clicking charts in Status and Duration Reports, and corrected alignment of negative SLA values in exports.

  • SLA engine reliability: resolved NPEs in recalculation and SLA Overdue Status field, improved fail‑safe handling in the recalculation sub-executer, and fixed incorrect SLA Start Date when pauses occurred after the first cycle.
