You can include all of your service-level agreements (SLAs) and operational-level agreements (OLAs) data in a full and consistent report. The Power BI Connector for Jira allows exporting any Time to SLA app data for detailed analytics and dashboard building.

Prerequisites

Make sure you have both of the following installed on your Jira Data Center instance:

Time to SLA (Data Center version)
Power BI Connector for Jira (Data Center version)

You also need administrative access (or relevant permissions) to configure both apps.

Once installed, Power BI Connector automatically detects available custom fields, including those created by Time to SLA, in a tab under the Data Sources section.

Steps

Open Power BI > Data sources.
Select Create a Data Source.
You'll see multiple tabs for different apps and field groups. Locate and click the Time to SLA tab.
Expand the section to view the list of available SLA-related fields.

If you don’t see the SLA fields, make sure they are added to the relevant screen and issue context, and that you have permission to view them.

The following fields are available for export:

Notified (NOTIFIED)
Paused (PAUSED)
Expected Target Date (EXPECTED_TARGET_DATE)

Origin Status ID (ORIGIN_STATUS_ID)
Pause Duration (PAUSED_DURATION)
Working Duration (WORKING_DURATION)
Issue Key (TTS_ISSUE_KEY)
Last Status Date (LAST_STATUS_DATE)
Origin Status Name (ORIGIN_STATUS_NAME)
Target Status ID (TARGET_STATUS_ID)
Created (CREATED)
Finished (FINISHED)
Last Updated Date (LAST_UPDATED_DATE)
Origin Date (ORIGIN_DATE)
Actual Target Date (ACTUAL_TARGET_DATE)
Updated (UPDATED)

Check the fields you'd like to include in your data export.
Click Save.
