Print from Kanban board

This page applies to both Agile Cards for Jira Cloud and Jira Data Center.

You can print issue cards directly from your Kanban board to use in physical team meetings, stand-ups, or planning sessions.

Prerequisites

Before you begin, make sure:

You have a valid Jira Software license (Kanban boards are not available in Jira Core).
You’ve created a Kanban software project in Jira.

How to print all issues from a column

You can print all issues from the status columns at once. The steps differ slightly depending on whether you're using Jira Cloud or Jira Server/Data Center.

Jira Cloud

Click the Agile Cards button at the top of the board.
Select Print issues from the dropdown menu.
Choose the column you'd like to print from the dialog.
(Optional) You can also select All Columns to print the entire sprint, which is similar to printing from the backlog.
Click Submit.

Jira Server/Data Center

Click the printer icon next to the column name, and the selected column’s issues will be sent to print.
