Getting started with Suri
What is Suri?
Suri is a portfolio project reporting app for Jira Cloud that helps managers save time and simplify reporting.
Suri brings all your Jira projects progress into a simple portfolio dashboard helping to get a clear picture of your project's status at the macro level.
Main Suri Features
Simple Jira Projects dashboard
Access Suri from the main Jira navigation menu under “Apps” to see an overview of all your Jira projects. Key project information is available like:
Project name
Project lead
Project Start and End date
Date of the last issue status change
Status update reports and project activity
To assess the health and progress of your projects, you may look at any of the following:
See how many epics, stories, and bugs were created for this project
The number of issues in Done, In Progress, or Open status categories
Issue activity in the last 7 days (Updated, Created, Moved to Done)
Issue activity today (Updated, Created, Moved to Done)
Number of bugs per status category
Search bar
Filter the project dashboard to only show projects that match your search query.
3 Steps to get you started with Suri
Install the app from the Atlassian Marketplace
2. There is a “Portfolio Overview“ tab in the main Jira navigation menu under the “Apps”. Click on the tab to access Suri.
3. The portfolio dashboard shows all projects that are available in your Jira together with issues progress.
4. Manage project RAG status and view the history
Suri is automatically available for every Jira Project after the installation.
