This article explains how to add a profile picture in Confluence using the Confluence Command Line Interface app.

Instructions

Perform the following action command to add a profile picture to a user in Confluence:

--action addUserPicture --userId "krishna" --file "picture.png" --mime "png"

In the above command:

  • --userId value, "krishna", refers to the user for which the profile picture is to be added.
  •  --file value, "picture.png", refers to the name of the image which is available in the CLI directory.
  • --mime refers to the optional parameter used to indicate the extensions of the --file parameter.
