How to display list action results in a table

Description

There are a number of list actions in the CLI that generate CSV output. This shows how on release 5.6 and above you can display the results in a table easily. Prior to release 5.6, it could be done, but it needed wiki markup to accomplish. See How to display HipChat emoticons for users, for example.
