How to set border for columns in Table Plus macro in the Advanced Tables for Confluence

This article explains how to set border for column(s) for a table using the Table plus macro in the Advanced Tables for Confluence app.

Instructions

  1. Log into your Confluence instance, and, create a new page or click to edit an existing page.
  2. Insert Advanced Table - Table Plus macro and insert a table inside the macro.
  3. Edit the macro and click Start Formatting, then click Cogwheel , and, select Show column attributes as shown:

  4. Provide the following styles to the columns in the same order as the columns numbered 1, 2, and, 3: 

    style="border:3px solid orange"
    
    style="border:none"
    
    style="border:5px double green"

    After the styles are entered, the column attributes styles look like:  

  5. Click Add formatting to add more columns and their attributes.
  6. Click Save settings, and then, Save the page to see the column borders for your table.
