How to Embed Google Calendar within HTML macro in confluence page

This article explains how we can embed a user’s Google Calendar within HTML Macro on a confluence page.

Instructions

  1. open Google Calendar. You can only get the code to embed in your website from a computer, not the Google Calendar app. 

  2. In the top right, click → Settings

     

  3. On the left side of the screen, click one of the names of the calendar you want to embed under Settings for my calendars or Settings for other calendars.

  4. Go to the Integrate calendar section. Under the embed code, click Customize.

  5. Choose your options, then copy the HTML code displayed.

  6. Add Html-bobswift macro to your confluence page and paste the HTML code inside the macro.

  7. Once you publish the page you should be able to get calendar details on the confluence page as below.



  • Please ensure you have the HTML for Confluence app installed.

  • Ensure you have logged into to you google account from the same browser
