I am getting the "Error when trying to create <"SObject_API_Name">: We can't save this record because the "<process_name>" process failed." when trying to create a Salesforce object from a Jira issue

 Problem

When attempting to create a Salesforce object, the user encounters an error indicating that a process is failing on the Salesforce side. The following error appears on the screen:

 Solution

This error typically denotes that a Validation Rule, Flow, or Apex Job prevents the Transaction record from being saved. To correct the error, please contact your Salesforce admin to check the listed Validation Rule, Flow, Process Builder, or Apex Job in your Salesforce instance that is preventing the record creation.
