PCJ-Unmet pre-condition: Group @xxxxx must exist when importing in project configuration

Problem

If when running a configuration import you receive an error similar to below. 

Unmet pre-condition: Group @xxxxx must exist

Solution

We can confirm that this indicates that the group with the name shown in the error is referenced by the configuration object which is giving this error inside of the configuration import tree. 

The error is caused by the fact that the group mentioned in the error does not exist in the target instance and is not included in the export file that you are importing in from. 

In order to work around this error, you will need to create a group in the target instance with the name mentioned inside the error before re-running the import.
