How do I find the Entitlement Number for an Appfire app in the Cloud Platform?

Please follow the steps below to obtain the Entitlement Number number for the Appfire apps:

  1. Access the desired Jira/Confluence cloud instance with Administrator privileges: Navigate to Apps > Manage your Apps from the dropdown list.

  2. Identify the app: Browse through the list of installed apps to locate the specific app for which you seek the Entitlement number.

  3. Retrieve the Entitlement number: You should find the Entitlement Number within the app details.
