Some users can not see the app dropdown on the navigation bar when using Time to SLA App Data center version
Problem
You need certain users to be able to use the options present in the app's options, but they can not see the dropdown button in the navigation bar or access the app's options.
Solution
Time to SLA has its own set of preferences, which allow users to access specific functionality. There are two ways to reach those preferences.
Click profile > Time to SLA preferences > Enable “Show Time to SLA Top Menu” Option
On manage apps left sidebar,click Time to SLA Preferences > Enable “Show Time to SLA Top Menu” Option
