How to set up 2 calendars in Time to SLA goal

This article explains how to set up two calendars in different countries and time zones.

How to set up multiple calendars

  1. Click the Add New Calendar button to add the calendar.

  2. Configure the calendar accordingly.

How it works with the SLA panel

Refer to the example:

  • The issue is created during non-business hours (MYT timezone) for Los Angeles time.

  • The calendar goal is set to the LA Calendar.

  • If the Jira instance is set to the MYT calendar, the SLA will be in sleep mode for the LA timezone.
    SLA panel: Out of SLA business days/hours.

  • If the SLA goal is set to MYT Calendar, the SLA is running and shows as Elapsed.

Only one calendar can be set up for each goal.
