Tableau Connector Pro for Jira becomes unresponsive during data extraction

This document provides guidance on resolving the issue of the Tableau Connector Pro for Jira getting stuck at 99% and becoming unresponsive during data extraction to Tableau Desktop.
Issue summary
The app hangs at 99% when extracting the data.
It does, at times, refresh and is missing some data depending on which table is being refreshed.
The issue specifically occurs when pulling the data for the created date and the issue key.
The error is related to the memory issue:

Increase the allocation size of the instance.
Restart the server.
Verify the Tableau app and try to extract the data to Tableau Desktop.
