Can I keep the same Foxly priority scores, when transferring issues to another project?
Can I keep the same Foxly priority scores, when transferring issues to another project?
If both of your projects are using the same priority scoring template, then the score is kept. However, if the project to which you’re migrating issues has a different priority scoring template, then the score will recalculate according to a new template. Verify if both of your projects are using the same template. Do this by following these steps:
In the project, to where you migrated issues, navigate to the main Foxly priorities table;
Click on Customize button (top right corner);
on the top, you will see a dropdown, where you can see the selected Template.
If this template is different from the one used in the previous project, then you can change it to restore the previous metrics and Score.
