How to fix issue : You don't have permission to access this screen.

🔒 Error: "You don't have permission to see this screen"

📋 Overview

This article explains how to troubleshoot and resolve the following error when you are trying to log in to Nextup account.

"You don't have permission to access this screen. Click below to request access. "

This error usually indicates that the user does not have the required permission because someone has setup access only for specific accounts at https://account.nextup.ai/login in Security settings.

🔍 Steps how to resolve the issue :

 

  1. Go to : https://account.nextup.ai/login

  2. Click Sign in with slack.

  1. Choose an account that is selected as Slack User who can manage Appfire account, settings and billings and login.

  1. Now go to Workspace - Security.

  2. Disable “Restrict Account Access” and remove all slack users and click save.

Now after doing this all Slack users who have access to workspace should be able to login to website : https://account.nextup.ai/
