Troubleshooting issue : "Please wait — Game Admin is choosing a story to estimate"

Platform : Server or D/C only

If you encounter or your customer will see message after trying to start Planning Poker : “Please wait — Game Admin is choosing a story to estimate” follow these steps to resolve the issue.

 

  1. Go to settings > Manage Apps

  2. Other > Planning Poker Configuration

  3. Click Enable Alternative Socket Transport Mode

 

4. Then click Save

 

After that you will no longer see above error message.
