Manual Resynchronization in the new interface
BigPicture allows you to manually resynchronize data to ensure that all task information is up to date with Jira. This option is available in the Tasks view under the main menu. To perform a manual resynchronization, open the Tasks tab in the Gantt module in the top toolbar, and select Resynchronize. This action will refresh task data in the current Box, pulling the latest updates from Jira and aligning them with BigPicture. Manual resynchronization is especially useful when recent changes in Jira (such as status updates, field changes, or new items) are not yet reflected in BigPicture. Keep in mind that this operation updates existing data but does not modify Jira workflows or overwrite mandatory constraints.
