How to add Projectrak as a data source in Dashboard Hub Pro

To add Projectrak as a datasource in Dashboard Hub Pro, follow these steps:

  1. Install Projectrak on your Jira instance.

  2. Follow these instructions to generate the API key ID and API Key in Projectrak.

  3. Open Dashboard Hub and click Add Datasource.

    To begin, click Add datasource.

  4. Select Jira Apps.

    Select the Jira Apps datasource.

  5. Select Projectrak.

    Select the Projectrak logo.

     

  6. Set Select datasource to This Jira instance (assuming Projectrak is installed in the same instance) and enter the Projectrak API key ID and API Key generated in step #2.

    Complete the fields in the Add datasource window.

When Projectrak is installed in another Jira instance, you need to add that Jira instance as an external data source first and then add Projectrak. Refer to Add and manage data sources for more information.

  1. Add and configure the Projectrak gadgets on the dashboard.
