How to remove Customers from Chat JSM

In this article I’ll show how to remove Customers that has been added to Chat JSM project during a registration.

 

  1. Go to your Projects > Select your Chat JSM Project > Customers, here you will see full list of registered Customers.

2. Go to Settings > User Management > Products > Sites And Products > Select your Jira Site > Jira Service Management > Portal customers - here you will be able to revoke access or delete accounts for example.

 

3. Now refresh the website and after deleting account you will see a list of Customers like this :
