CDM Cloud - My approval signing token is not working
Problem
My approval signing token is not working anymore and I’m not able to figure out how to reset it.
Solution
Please follow the steps below:
Verify if there is already an approval signing token associated with your user account. Any Confluence global admin user can do this by navigating to the Confluence general settings → Comala Document Management → Approval signing code admin section:
If the token is located, please remove it.
Then the user will have to create a new signing token by following the steps from https://appfire.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/CDMC/pages/657297483
