How to move a page to a folder automatically using a Comala Document Management workflow and Confluence Automations

Confluence Automations integrate with Comala Document Management through CQL. For example, we can automatically move a page to a folder in the same space or a different space when it is edited and is in a specific Comala Document Management Workflow state.

For this example, a page will be moved automatically to a folder if it is in the ‘Expired’ state and if it is edited. For this example, the Comala Document Management workflow used is below:

The Confluence Automation created has a:

Trigger: Page edited

Condition: CQL condition

Action: Move page
