Missing Service Project sidebar bar after succesfully deploying a snapshot

After deploying a snapshot, the project sidebar will only show the following options:

  1. Issues Objects

  2. Customer channels

  3. Project Shortcuts

The below list is the default list that the sidebar should show:

  1. Queues

  2. Customers

  3. Reports

  4. Objects

  5. Raise a request

  6. Knowledge base

  7. Customer Channels

  8. Project Shortcuts

 Instructions

This issue is caused because the user is not part of the roles "Service Desk Customers" or "Service Desk Team" in the new project

- A step-by-step guide to fixing it:

  1. Log in as a project administrator and open your project. 

  2. Select Project settings () > Users and roles.

  3. You'll see all users and groups associated with each project role. 

  4. To add users or groups to a project role, select Add users to a role in the top right corner. Enter the users or groups and select the project role "Service Desk Customers" or "Service Desk Team".

  5. Refresh your browser.
