PCJ: Same Key Project present in Destination instance

Problem
From the import result, there already exists a project with key TEST on the target instance:
ENTITY_CATEGORY Project | TEST
CREATE Project TEST, Modifies Existing Object: false
ERROR Message: A project with that name already exists.Import of complete projects (i.e., their configuration, issue data, and attachments) is subject to the restrictions described in Atlassian’s Restoring a project from backup page.
Solution
If you have a project in your target JIRA instance that you wish to restore data into, you will need to ensure that the project is empty, that is:
no issues — perform a search to find all issues in a project
no components — read the Component management page to find out how to view a summary of a project's components
no versions — read the Version Management page to find out how to view a summary of a project's versions
Either remove the project from the target instance and import again in order for PCJ to create the project, or make sure the project you are importing into is empty.
