How to create a table report in Comala Document Management Cloud
Background
Combining Confluence Cloud macros and Comala Document Management Cloud, you can add a report that displays information filtered by labels. This report is included when you export the page to PDF or Word.
Instructions
Add the Page Properties macro to a page.
Add a Table macro inside the Page Properties macro
This table should have a column header with the required information.
One of the rows can be the Comala Document Management status.
Use the Document State macro to add this information.

Once you have added all Document State details to a specific row in the table, add a label and repeat this process with all the required pages.
Now, let’s display the complete report in another page. This page can be a parent page or just a page added as a shortcut.
In this page, add the Properties Report macro and add the label defined in step 3:
Additional columns like ‘Owner’ can be added to this report.
Once configured, click Save. You should see a table like this:
Currently, the app Document Report accessed in the space sidebar is not exportable. However, the dynamic report created in this article using the report macro is included in a PDF or Word export of the page.
