Timesheets have missing hours from projects in the Reports and Timesheets for Jira app

Problem

The Reports and Timesheets for Jira app display incorrect hours for projects in the timesheet reports. After checking, it was determined that the missing hours were consistent with a selected number of projects.

If Tempo Timesheets were used, it was verified that Tempo integration had been configured.

Solution

This issue is not related to Tempo integration and occurs when the app does not have sufficient permissions to access the worklog data. To resolve it, ensure these steps are followed:

  1. Open each app’s permissions settings.

  2. Verify that View All Worklogs permission is granted to Application access (Any logged in user).users.
